Outlook 365 Email Some Microsoft services are unavailable

As of 5:49 PM EDT, some Microsoft services are unavailable or experiencing connectivity issues. At this time, Lazul Agency is unable to connect to the Outlook 365 Email service, and cannot receive or send emails. We'll post an update as more information becomes available.

  • From Microsoft: We have confirmed that the underlying DNS outage has been mitigated. Currently we are validating the recovery of the impacted Microsoft 365 services. As the root cause has been identified and repaired, and because our access to Outlook 365 Email has been restored, Lazul Agency considers this incident resolved.

  • While we await the next update from Microsoft, it's worth noting that Lazul Agency is now able to connect to the Outlook 365 Email service with no issues. However, we don't have first-hand insight on the current impacts to other services or regions, so we're continuing to monitor the situation.

  • From Microsoft: While some services may be showing signs of recovery, the incident has not been considered resolved for all users and regions. Microsoft will provide another update at 8 PM EDT (https://status.office.com/), which we'll also relay here on our status page.

    Outlook 365 Email Office 365 is experiencing degraded performance

    Office 365 is experiencing degraded performance, which may impact our ability to access the Outlook 365 Email service. We are awaiting status updates from Microsoft and will update this incident when new information becomes available.

  • Microsoft has confirmed that any connectivity or performance issues with Office 365 have been resolved. The Outlook 365 Email service is now fully operational for us as well, so this incident is considered resolved.
